Neil Raymond has dedicated nearly three decades to the training and
deployment of Search and Rescue K9 teams.

In 2010, Neil retired as a sergeant in the Massachusetts State Police
after 28 years of related K9 handler service. During his career, he served
as a K9 trainer through the New England State Police Compact
(NESPAC), as an operations sergeant on the State’s Incident
Management Team (IMAT), and as the Massachusetts State Search and
Rescue Dog Federation (MASSARDF) Representative.

He also is a member of the North American Police Work Dog
Association (NAPWDA) from whom he received his NAPWDA Master
Trainer credentials in utility/patrol, narcotics detection, cadaver detection,
and wildlife detection.
